RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original, unused and unwashed condition with all original tags securely attached. Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, damage or alteration may not be accepted.

SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional or coupon code are eligible for return under our standard return policy.

​

Only items specifically marked “All Sales Final” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

WANT A DIFFERENT ITEM?

We do not process exchanges by mail.

If you would like a different item, color or print, simply return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for the item you would like.

New orders are subject to our current pricing, availability and shipping policies.

RETURN SHIPPING

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mailelani’s is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once the issue has been verified, Mailelani’s will cover the applicable return shipping and replacement or refund costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

​

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

​

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

We do not charge restocking or administrative fees on approved returns.
