PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products.
Because many Mailelani’s products are handcrafted, slight variations in fabric placement, pattern positioning, color, dimensions and other details may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee availability until your order has been successfully completed and accepted.
PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY & COLORS
We make every effort to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.
However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and other factors. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the physical product.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, incorrect pricing or other errors affecting an order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original method of payment.
PRICING
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on our website are accurate.
However, errors may occasionally occur.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price or contains materially incorrect information, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel an affected order. If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Promotional offers and coupon codes are subject to any terms, expiration dates or restrictions provided with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and coupon codes may not be combined.
Mailelani’s reserves the right to modify, suspend or end a promotion or coupon offer and to correct errors associated with promotional offers.
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to receive the applicable discount. Discounts generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Purchases made using a promotional or coupon code remain eligible for return under our Returns Policy, unless the item was specifically marked “All Sales Final.”
